Business used to be noted for it’s buttoned down, pin-striped, wing-tipped impression of a monkey in a cage. Orders come in, stamp them received, place them in the hopper and let them wait their turn. Inventory is received, counted, placed on a shelf and then more is ordered. Shipments are loaded, never mind whether the truck is filled, get them on their way to the customer and then wait, wait, wait for payment. Continue reading
